I'm catching raindrops in my hands again. In my grasp, I'm never letting it slip.
The biting cold of rain granting me bliss as it soaks every pore as though roughly making love with my being.
I'm alive again. With the touch of rain.

glad i stopped by... these lines.. describes exactly how i feel. each and every word.
I'm glad to be your sentiment's voice. Just out of sheer curiosity, what do you think prompted the writer to quote such lines?
As the tears leave your eyes, You could see things clearly... You let it flow all the way but not the reason why they came about.
Reason that made you bleed, and yet you're not letting go of, not because you find pleasure in pain but because your soul has been captured in a way that it brings out a deeper meaning in your existence and that's where you experience happiness
correct me If I'm wrong.. I maybe speaking for myself. *lol* I've just been through too much lately, to the point that I felt so numb in the effort of holding back the tears... Only felt better when Ive learned to let them pour
Alexander Pope,in his work 'An Essay on Criticism' stated: "All seems infected that the infected spy, As all looks yellow to the jaundiced eye."
At the moment the lines were written, it was evoked by one potent emotion but now that I'm feeling a bit differently, I'm starting to decipher a different view of these lines.
*rubbin my eyes* I just woke up , I went straight here to see what your reply is. :)
Yes those lines could actually mean anything depending on the emotion that the reader or writer associates it withτ upon reading those lines.
I was completely "touched"
haha.. hope you had a good sleep.. oh it's rather late to say that.. oh well, my world is upside down, im awake the entire night and i do drop by my site everyday.. there are just times when the muses fail to rouse the quill..

hmm btw, I've read a good book lately, just wanna share.
The Knight in Rusty Armor by Robert Fisher
Thanks for sharing..
The book reminds me of Paulo Coehlo's The Alchemist.. I like it. There are several interesting allusions about life in the story.. it's indeed a good read.
